Blank Roll Policy

Due to the high cost of film chemistry, we cannot offer cash refunds for film development. As a courtesy, if your roll is blank, the cost of scanning or printing services will be refunded.

Negative Retention

Your processed negatives will be returned to you unless you specifically give The Print Refinery permission to dispose of them.

Digital Image Delivery

All scan orders receive a download link via WeTransfer that is available for 30 days.

Your images are also uploaded to your personal account on our website, where you can download them at your convenience or order additional prints and photo products.
